We are a pan-Orthodox community of people from many different backgrounds practicing the ancient faith of the apostles. We are a mission of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America, a jurisdiction of the Greek Orthodox Church of Antioch in the United States and Canada. Our mission is served by Father Michael Pavez from St. Michael’s Church in Beaumont, Texas. See service schedule above to stay updated. Read more about the services of the Church below. Contact us with any questions at 337-517-2270.
Orthros, or Matins, is the Church’s Morning Prayer Service. It is the most complex of the daily cycle of services. It’s like Sunday School for all ages, full of scripture, tradition, and the lives of the saints.
The Divine Liturgy is the primary worship service of the Church. It is a Eucharistic service led by a priest in which communicants partake of the Mystical Supper of Our Lord and God and Savior Jesus Christ.
The Typika is a specific form of service which mirrors the Divine Liturgy. It can be used when there is no priest present.
